These terms apply to your use of the TechifyCode website and to project discussions unless replaced by a signed client agreement or proposal.

Project scope, pricing, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, support period, and ownership terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Any changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.

Unless otherwise agreed, projects usually begin after the agreed upfront payment is received. Final files, production deployment, or ownership transfer may depend on completion of outstanding payments.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, access, feedback, approvals, and third-party account permissions on time. Delays in client inputs may affect delivery dates.

After final payment, the client receives ownership of custom project deliverables created specifically for them, excluding third-party tools, open-source packages, licensed assets, reusable internal processes, and pre-existing TechifyCode materials.

We aim to deliver secure, reliable work, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, or search engine rankings.
